November 25,2: I also enjoyed reading the different flavour ideas As someone who enjoys baking and recently made some lemon macarons I was curious to see what this book had to say and if it provided any decent tips that would help me to perfect my art so to speak. I make macarons often and bought this book mainly for suggestions for new flavor shells or filling. This was not something I expected, given the gallons of virtual ink spilled on the subject on practically every cooking blog I read — some time in the last year or two, everyone myself included became obsessed with macarons.
The macarons come out so perfectly, we are always compelled to give some away to share their beauty and delicious taste with others.
